Raquel Pennington wins the Destiny Bantamweight Women’s title

September 7 –  Jessica “The Ragin’” Rakoczy (1-3, 1NC) returned to the cage after a two-year layoff to claim her first professional victory, defeating Kristen “The Automatic” Gatz (0-1) via TKO at 2:19 of round 1 at TPF 14: “Validation”.

September 8 –  Emily Kagan (1-0) made a successful pro debut by defeating Lynae Lovato (0-2) via Unanimous Decision at Jackson’s MMA Series 9.

September 8 –  Jozette “Head Busta” Cotton (1-0) stopped Kate “Shakedown” Bloomfield (0-2) via TKO in round 2 at Disorderly Conduct: “Football & Fights”.

September 8 –  Raquel “Rocky” Pennington (3-1) picked up her second win in a row, as well as the Destiny Bantamweight Women’s title by defeating Raquel “Rocky” Pa’aluhi (2-4) via Guillotine Choke at 3:52 of round 1 at Destiny NA KOA and

September 8 –  Jéssica “Batstaka” Andrade (3-1) defeated Pro boxer turned mixed martial artist Duda “The Cameleon” Yankovich (0-1) via Guillotine Choke in round 1 at Bitetti Combat 12.

September 14 –  6th ranked Strawweight Katja Kankaanpää (6-0) looks to remain unbeaten as she faces off against Simona Soukapova (2-2) at Botnia Punishment 12.

September 15 –  Undefeated Multiple-time Muay Thai World Champion Miriam “Queen of Mean” Nakamoto (0-0) makes her professional MMA debut against Elizabeth Phillips (0-0) at Red Canvas: Submission 2.

September 15 –  Sarah “Cheesecake” Moras (2-1) looks to rebound from her first loss as she meets BJJ specialist Christina “Scary” Barry (0-0) at AFC 11: “Takeover”.

September 15 –  At WCMMA: “Team Portugal vs Team USA” it’s Rute Frias (0-0) representing Team Portugal taking on Suzie “La China” Montero (1-1) of Team USA and
